By accessing our website or using our junk removal, dumpster rental, or demolition services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

We provide estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is determined on-site or upon completion of the work. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes.

Customers are responsible for the dumpster while it is on their property. This includes any damage to the dumpster and ensuring only permitted items are placed inside.

We do not accept hazardous materials including but not limited to: chemicals, oils, fuels, batteries, tires, or asbestos. Customers will be responsible for any fees or fines resulting from the disposal of prohibited items.

Point Poof Gone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We take care during our work, but are not responsible for damage to driveways or property where equipment is operated at the customer's direction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
